Reformer Half Tower
The centerpiece of our group Reformer room — a sliding carriage plus tower springs for strength, stretch, and control.
The Reformer Half Tower combines the moving carriage of a classic Reformer with a vertical tower of springs and a push-through bar. You get the familiar footwork and long-stretch sequences of Reformer work, plus standing and seated tower exercises that open the spine and challenge stability.
In our dedicated Reformer Room, classes stay capped at 8 people so instructors can correct form on every machine. Learn more about the class experience on our Reformer Pilates page, or check live times on Schedule & Pricing.
What the Half Tower adds
- Carriage work for full-body strength without bulk
- Independent arm and leg spring work from the tower
- Deeper spinal articulation and stretch options mid-class
- Progressive resistance suitable from beginners to advanced
In a typical group class
Expect a warm-up on the carriage, spring-loaded strength sequences, and tower-assisted stretches that leave you longer and more stable — not exhausted from high-impact cardio. First time? Start with our beginners guide.
